Our Production Assistants are primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment and assisting in the completion of projects. New hires will receive comprehensive training focused specifically on apparel production, including advanced techniques in heat pressing and digital printing.

Job Description
The Production Assistant is responsible for operating various machines and equipment and assisting in the completion of our clients projects. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production workflow, working closely with the team to ensure every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high standards for quality. You must have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage your time effectively in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Production & Assembly: Operate and maintain a wide range of production machinery and equipment. This role includes training on and regular operation of our apparel production processes, specifically heat pressing and digital printing equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and upkeep of all production equipment and machinery through regular maintenance.
  • Project Management: Keep track of jobs in production using industry software after training and ensure products are assembled and prepared for timely delivery and shipment.
  • Logistics: Assist with local deliveries as needed.
  • Workplace Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
