Job description

PrideStaff, on behalf of a fast-growing manufacturing client in Pompano Beach, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Production Associate to join their dynamic team.
Whether you are looking to build your skills in light industrial manufacturing or step into a stable role with a supportive company, this opportunity offers competitive pay, steady hours, and room for growth.
Responsibilities

  • Assembly & Production: Line-assemble components, operate light production machinery, and package finished goods according to client specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure zero defects before shipping.
  • Material Handling: Load/unload supplies, manage raw inventory, and stage materials for active production lines.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, tool setups, and light troubleshooting on assigned equipment.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering strictly to OSHA standards and facility safety rules.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments preferred (Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply!).
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to follow detailed work instructions, schematics, or assembly guides.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance record, and a team-player attitude.
