Job description

Job Title: Production Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our production department. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing, producing, and finishing custom apparel and promotional products while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and workplace safety

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare garments and materials for screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, and heat transfer production.

·         Load and unload garments from printing and embroidery equipment.

·         Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before packaging.

·         Fold, tag, bag, and package completed orders for delivery or customer pickup.

·         Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and stocking apparel and supplies.

·         Maintain a clean and organized production area.

·         Operate production equipment safely after receiving proper training.

·         Follow production schedules and meet daily deadlines.

·         Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

·         Report equipment issues or production concerns to the Production Manager.

·         Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

·         Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·         Previous production or warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.

·         Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

·         Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, vinyl application, or heat presses.
