NOW HIRING: PART-TIME PRODUCTION COOK – Join the Sweetest Team in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea!

Do you love the smell of fresh caramel and the sound of waffle cones crackling hot off the griddle? Do you believe that a job should be fun, flavorful, and full of feel-good moments? Then come cook up something amazing with us at Kilwins Lauderdale-by-the-Sea!

We’re looking for a part-time Production Cook to help create the handcrafted fudge, brittles, caramel, chocolate-dipped treats, and more that make our guests smile. No culinary degree needed—just a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a love for making (and maybe sampling ) sweet things. Someone with the ability to work a flexible weekly work scheduled based on production needs preferred.


What You’ll Do:

  • Stir up batches of joy—literally!—by making confections using Kilwins’ original recipes

  • Master the magic of fudge, caramel corns, brittles, and more

  • Keep the kitchen sparkling and your station organized

  • Ensure everything is delicious and safe (we follow all food safety guidelines!)

  • Jump in where needed—restock, clean, and maybe even share samples with customers


We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can follow a recipe and pay attention to detail

  • Has a cheerful, team-first attitude

  • Doesn’t mind standing on their feet or lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Loves the idea of working in a fast-paced, sweet-smelling environment
