The Whitaker Agencies is seeking a motivated, coachable, and driven individual for our Manager in Training program in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in leadership and business management. No prior insurance experience is required. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development, you'll learn every aspect of our business—from client service and sales to recruiting, coaching, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Learn all aspects of the agency's sales, service, and leadership operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Educate individuals, families, and businesses on available insurance and supplemental benefit programs.
  • Recruit, interview, and identify potential future team members.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new agents through mentorship and field coaching.
  • Develop leadership skills by helping motivate, coach, and support a growing sales team.
  • Monitor individual and team performance while working toward established goals.
  • Learn business planning, territory management, and agency operations.
