Production Support/Machine Operator

Job Description

The Production support technician Job description: (Equipment Prep, Vessel Prep, Serial Assembly, Blending, Filling, Capping) Good math skills, attention to detail, good communication, legible handwriting, must be willing to work ANY shift and weekends.

  • Review and Revise SOP's
  • Aide operators in troubleshooting techniques
  • Perform general equipment setups for production equipment preparation
  • Perform maintenance/troubleshooting and cleaning of equipment and facilities
  • Complete Supervisor/Management directed projects and special assignments as required
  • Schedule equipment for preventative maintenance and calibrations
  • Conduct cGMP and Safety classroom training for coworkers
  • Maintain Logbooks
  • Perform safety audits and conduct Job Safety assessments
  • Strong communication skills- written and verbal are an absolutely necessary
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend/stoop, push/pull and handle /grip frequently
  • Must be willing to work outside of normal scheduled hours as necessary including opportunities for overtime
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Disciplined and detail oriented
  • Commitment to documentation and strict adherence to written procedures and cGMP policies
  • Maintain positive leadership skills consistent with company values
  • Proficient computer knowledge including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Email
