Looking for a role where collaboration and problem-solving come together? Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department! In this role, you’ll help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications. You’ll provide clear, timely support and help find solutions that meet both customer needs and production requirements.

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of your role:
  • Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications 
  • Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings 
  • Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities 
  • Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals 
  • Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals 
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline 
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office products 
  • Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training  
  • Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment 
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred 
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to learn product systems quickly 
  • Ability to self-manage priorities, timelines, and details
