Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager - Product Solutions leads product and technical engagement across assigned OEM accounts and/or market segments, with a primary focus on driving successful new product introductions (NPI) from concept to mass production.
This role translates customer and application needs into scalable product solutions while ensuring seamless alignment across Product Development, Engineering, and Operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, the Senior Product Manager ensures that new products are technically sound, manufacturable at scale, and successfully transitioned into mass production.
Key Job Responsibilities
Product & Technical Leadership
  • Serve as the primary product and technical authority for assigned OEM accounts and/or markets
  • Develop deep expertise in customer applications, system architectures, and use cases
  • Act as a trusted technical counterpart to customer engineering and product teams

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Design-In
  • Lead customer-facing engagements to present new products, platforms, and technology roadmaps
  • Drive design-in strategy, including system architecture, integration feasibility, and application alignment
  • Guide proof-of-concept development and early-stage validation efforts
  • Ensure solutions are technically robust and aligned with long-term platform strategy prior to commercial commitment

Product Introduction & Operations Coordination
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful transition from product development into mass production
  • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to align on readiness, capacity, and scalability
  • Ensure product requirements, specifications, and application constraints are clearly defined and transferred to production teams
  • Support production ramp activities, including issue resolution, feedback loops, and continuous alignment between Engineering and Operations
  • Drive disciplined handoff processes to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved at launch

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with account management to align product direction with commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development to define requirements, priorities, and execution plans
  • Influence roadmap decisions based on customer, market, and operational insights
  • Support internal enablement through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Product Stewardship (Secondary Focus)
  • Identify select opportunities for product refinement based on customer feedback and application insights
  • Ensure any improvements align with platform strategy and scalability requirements

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related field
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

Experience Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical product roles
  • Proven experience leading new product introductions and design-in efforts through production ramp
  • Experience working with OEM customers and/or market-driven product strategies
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering and Operations
  • Experience in Water, Health & Wellness and related industries a plus
