How does a Product Solutions Manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during the product lifecycle?

Which is better, PO or PM?

For a Product Solutions Manager, the roles of Product Owner (PO) and Product Manager (PM) are distinct but complementary; a PO typically focuses on managing the product backlog and working closely with development teams, while a PM oversees the product strategy, market research, and stakeholder communication. Both roles require strong communication, prioritization, and understanding of customer needs, but the PM often has a broader strategic focus, whereas the PO is more tactical. The choice depends on the company's structure and project needs, and professionals often hold skills relevant to both roles.
