What does a successful Product Solutions Senior Advisor do?

As a successful Product Solutions Advisor at Fiserv, you will enhance the value of our solutions for clients by providing expert guidance and strategic advice. You will ensure that key details and documentation are preserved throughout the solutioning process and you will support the development of future advisors and experts. You will work closely with some of the largest financial institutions, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving impactful, cost-effective outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with a key strategic client and internal partners to troubleshoot, research, and provide solutions for critical client requests.

  • Develop and document product knowledge, capturing business requirements and solution designs for client approval and use by product development.

  • Provide consultative partnership to meet client and company objectives; cultivate positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Identify and document key insights based on customer needs, driving strategic investment in our product roadmap.

  • Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience through effective navigation of systems, procedures, and collaboration with internal resources.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's preferred in Business, Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or advisory roles within the financial technology sector.

  • 4+ years of experience in client engagement and consultation.

What would be great to have:

  • 3+ years of experience with FinTech software or platforms, preferably the Optis Issuing System.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range

$99,000.00 - $158,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
