We're looking for outgoing, dependable, and enthusiastic people to join our Brand Ambassador team! This is a great opportunity to represent a national consumer brand through in-store product sampling, community events, and promotional activations.

If you enjoy interacting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping bring brands to life in the community, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule

Regular Weekend Schedule:

  • Fridays: Approximately 3:00 PM 7:15 PM
  • Saturdays: Approximately 9:00 AM 1:15 PM

Hours may vary slightly based on event needs and staff availability.

Additional community events and promotional opportunities may be added to the schedule. Brand Ambassadors are encouraged to share ideas and collaborate on local community events, partnerships, and opportunities where the brand can engage with consumers.

What You'll Do

Sample products and actively engage shoppers
Educate consumers on product features and benefits
Answer customer questions and encourage product trial
Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming shopping experience
Assist with light event setup and breakdown
Maintain a clean and organized sampling station
Submit a brief event recap and photos after each activation
Represent the brand professionally at in-store events and community activations
Help identify opportunities to connect with the local community through events and partnerships

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching shoppers
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Reliable transportation required
Comfortable standing for the duration of shifts
Strong communication and customer service skills
Brand Ambassador, product sampling, retail, customer service, promotional, hospitality, event staffing, or sales experience preferred but not required
Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required
Available for scheduled activations and open to participating in additional community events and promotional opportunities
