Job description

About the Role:
Supervise and coordinate the planning, provisioning, and timely dispositioning of product reviews best utilizing available resources and facilitates customer service, while meeting company plans and goals.
Qualifications (Required & Preferred):
Education: BS/BA in related field (P) such as Accounting, Business, Supervision, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience: 5-10 years experience in Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Engineering (P)
Areas of Knowledge: Scheduling (P), Planning and Estimating (R), Manufacturing or Warehousing (P), Dynamics AX System Knowledge (P), APICS (P), Material Resource Planning (P)
Skills: Typing or Keyboarding (R), Windows based software (R), Organization (R), Strong Communication (listening, oral, and written) (R), Excellent Math skills or Complex Provisioning (R)
Role Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the product reviews recommended and referred. Material should be dispositioned within two days from receiving an answer.
  • Coordinate with engineering to ensure recommended dispositions are entered timely
  • Monitor and ensure that backlog integrity, for all areas, is 100% accurate when re-routing/dispositioning product reviews.
  • Assist with planning, routing, auditing and issuing material to customer orders when diverting non-conforming material to other orders.
  • Utilize salvage and surplus inventory when planning for shortages on orders with partial scrap out.
  • Follow all safety procedures throughout the plan.
  • Continually assist in the development and streamlining of current P.R. system.
  • Develop Product Review data analysis to track how many P.R.'s per week/month and what customer was affected.
  • Develop standard language for communicating with sales regarding P.R.'s
