Your Role & Impact

As a Product Review Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining production momentum by evaluating and resolving discrepancies in electrical systems—specifically wire harnesses—during fabrication and installation. Your decisions will directly support aircraft quality, safety, and delivery timelines within a high-performance manufacturing environment.


Location & Schedule
  • Location: Mesa, AZ

  • Schedule: 1st Shift – Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (3x12 schedule)

  • Job Type: Full-time Consultant (12-month contract)

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $52.46/hour


What You’ll Do
  • Apply Aviation Design Principles and Material Review Board (MRB) processes to resolve nonconforming products

  • Review and disposition discrepancies in electrical wire harness fabrication and installation

  • Provide on-site, real-time engineering support to production and operations teams

  • Interpret and analyze electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive timely and effective engineering solutions

  • Ensure compliance with design standards, quality requirements, and safety expectations

  • Support production continuity by making accurate, detail-oriented engineering decisions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

  • Strong ability to interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and specifications

  • Knowledge of engineering principles in a production or manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to work a 3x12 weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) in an operations setting


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electrical fabrication and wire harness installation

  • Familiarity with Commercial or Defense systems

  • Knowledge of VC-25 or 747 aircraft design principles

  • Prior Material Review Board (MRB) experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in a production environment

Pay Details: $52.46 per hour
