Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hourly Production Workers. In this role, you will assist in various tasks involved in the production of beef products, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Please note that the work is highly repetitive and requires consistent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cutting, trimming, and fabrication of beef products according to company standards and specifications.
  • Safely operate equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • Keep the work area clean and meet hygiene standards.
  • Work with team members in departments such as Fabrication, Harvest, and Shipping to meet production goals.
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Participate in training programs to improve skills.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in maintenance or mechanical fields preferred.
