Job description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple product domains.
  • Manage portfolio-level dependencies and execution risks.
  • Ensure work progresses efficiently through accountability and transparency across product and tech teams.
  • Own release management processes and production readiness activities.
  • Manage release schedules and deployment planning and ensure operational readiness prior to production releases.
  • Partner with Technology teams to reduce delivery bottlenecks and improve release quality.
  • Manage delivery metrics, reporting, and portfolio health indicators.
  • Coordinate governance activities including dataset registrations, approvals, and operational reviews.
  • Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled delivery.
  • Support AI prototyping efforts and experimentation.
  • Help establish best practices for AI adoption across Product and Delivery teams and identify opportunities to automate operational activities and improve team effectiveness.
  • Communicate portfolio status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly communications.
  • Lead and develop Product Operations, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and related support functions.
  • Coach teams on modern delivery practices and AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience leading complex product delivery or technology delivery initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs and portfolios.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for delivery, operations, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
  • Experience coordinating production deployments and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience with AI prototyping, AI-enabled delivery practices, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with product organizations and agile delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise governance and compliance processes.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
