Job description

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking a Digital Product Manager to help turn digital ideas into action by coordinating initiatives, supporting product operations, partnering with vendors, and preparing new tools and enhancements for successful adoption. This position will be reporting directly to the VP of Digital Transformation at our Farmington Hills location.
The ideal candidate:
  • Maintain and organize key project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, issue logs, testing documentation, decision logs, and follow-up items for assigned digital product initiatives.
  • Provide operational oversight and coordination for all integrated digital products as they are onboarded, enhanced, expanded, or maintained.
  • Provide management oversight for the day-to-day operations and administration of Alkami Online and Mobile Banking.
  • Support product administration activities, including user access, access reviews, configuration coordination, troubleshooting, vendor support follow-up, documentation, and internal communication, in partnership with the appropriate business owners and support teams.
  • Ensure assigned digital products are operating effectively, being adopted appropriately, and supporting ACCU’s business objectives, internal workflows, and member experience goals.
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned vendors; coordinate vendor meetings, implementation calls, product updates, issue reviews, support tickets, and follow-up items.
  • Supervise direct reports, including work direction, prioritization, coaching, performance feedback, development support, and follow-up.
  • Prepare or review reporting summaries, product updates, issue trends, and recommendations related to assigned digital products and operations.
  • Ensure digital product administration, user access, documentation, testing, issue resolution, and vendor coordination follow applicable internal policies and regulatory expectations.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with 5+ years of experience experience in digital banking, product operations, system administration, project coordination, financial services technology, or related experience preferred. Experience supporting system implementations, user testing, product rollouts, employee training, documentation, and issue tracking preferred. An Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
