  • Partner with Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Perform audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory accuracy
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement while escalating risks when needed
  • Train and support team members on returns procedures and quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, returns processing, or inventory control.
  • Experience coordinating workflows or processes within a distribution or operational environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management or inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
