Intel's Networking Solutions Group (NSG) is seeking an experienced Ethernet Product Marketing Engineer to lead portfolio marketing strategy, market intelligence, and go-to-market planning for Intel's Ethernet business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with business strategy expertise and will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, positioning Intel solutions in the marketplace, and helping drive long-term business success.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Lead portfolio marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for Intel's Ethernet portfolio.
  • Define portfolio messaging, value propositions, and market positioning aligned to customer and business needs.
  • Drive market intelligence activities, including competitive analysis, customer insights, forecasting, and opportunity assessment.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, architecture, and sales teams to develop compelling solution narratives and marketing strategies.
  • Provide portfolio-level oversight of technical and marketing content to ensure consistency, quality, and customer relevance.
  • Guide long-range portfolio planning, growth initiatives, and strategic business decisions.
  • Represent Intel's Ethernet business with customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with five+ years of related experience.
You must have 5+ years of experience with the following:
  • Technical Background to engage effectively with engineering, architecture, and product management teams.
  • Experience in datacenter infrastructure, servers, networking, cloud technologies, telecommunications, Ethernet networking, or related industries.
  • Experience defining portfolio-level messaging, marketing pillars, and strategic value propositions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications and Experience):
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field
  • Understanding of networking protocols and data center system architectures.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Telco and Enterprise data center deployments with a focus on networking solutions
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $137,610.00-265,870.00 USD
