About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to support high-priority growth and transformation initiatives within a digital commerce organization. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution, translate business objectives into actionable product strategies, manage priorities, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
This role requires a strong combination of product ownership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution leadership within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What You'll Do
  • Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery teams.
  • Build business cases and executive-level recommendations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting initiative success.
  • Define and measure KPIs to evaluate product and business performance.
  • Collaborate across Product, UX, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
