Job Description


Lead cross-functional teams for large-scale commercial/ revenue product initiatives to define product specifications, users stories, wire frames and acceptance criteria, establish milestones

Create product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.

Work with core agile team including but not limited to technical architects, developers, designers and QA throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your product features meet goals and objectives

Monitor key conversion metrics and A/B tests to support continual optimization of the product and business plan

As part of product strategy and planning, able to conduct competitive analysis and financial modeling

Collaborate with other user experience experts, visual designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.

Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.

Provide regular updates and make recommendations to product management team lead 

Coordinate with cross-functional team in agile environment throughout testing cycles

Provide support to the organization's Consumer Product Management team in the development and rollout of a series of new site initiatives


Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in a product management role or related experience

Demonstrated success in online digital and/or mobile product management including defining requirements and involvement with product lifecycle

Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies

Strong understanding of ad technologies and support platforms in the content of the digital publishing space

Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills; able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective actions plans to resolve issues

Exceptional communication skills, with ability to modulate communication between executive management and project teams

Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.

Strong understanding of user experience, technical & business issues.

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in fast-paced environment

Experience working in agile environment

Experience with agile software
