POSITION DESCRIPTION

Q CELLS Home Energy Solutions We are seeking a Project Manager to support the daily execution and coordination of field operations across our Home Energy Systems division. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day project updates related to field activity, including installation progress and material deliveries. Working closely with the Construction Coordination team, the Project Manager will help ensure high-quality customer experience by supporting timely communication, driving five-star outcomes, and coordinating follow-up on post-construction punch list items. This role will also provide direct support to the Field Construction Management team by maintaining accurate and timely project updates across our CRM and operational systems. In addition, the Project Manager will support operational readiness by coordinating the outfitting and delivery of branded clothing and materials to third-party installation partners. This position plays an important role in maintaining project visibility, supporting field execution, and ensuring operational consistency across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities may also include other project management and operational support tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Manage daily project updates across field operations, including installation progress, material deliveries, and milestone completion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project updates within CRM and operational systems.
  • Partner with the Construction Coordination team and Scheduling team to ensure alignment on field activity and project status.
  • Support resolution of field-related issues and provide administrative support to the Field Construction Management team.
  • Coordinate follow-up on post-construction punch list items to support five-star customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of branded clothing and materials to third-party installation partners to support field readiness.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and exceptions to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide general project oversight and support to ensure operational consistency across teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Construction Project Management work experience
  • Experience with using software such as CRM, Solar Proposal Tools, Zoom Contact Center, and MS365 workspace
  • Ability to read Solar Plan Sets as well as impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills as well as process driven while finding long-term solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present internal and external stakeholders on the performance of the new home solar contractors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Valid Driver License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to visit job sites and access roofs at heights of 3 stories or less in strict compliance with QCells and OSHA’s safety requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Background in Construction, Roofing, Solar or Electrical.
