Job Description

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Product Manager responsible for defining product vision and strategy, aligning priorities with business objectives, managing the product backlog, and tracking success metrics through datadriven decisionmaking. This role serves as a crossfunctional leader, collaborating closely with engineering, quality, customer support, and executive teams to build consensus, set priorities, and manage expectations.

The Product Manager acts as a strong customer advocate, representing the voice of the customer, maintaining program relationships, and addressing escalated issues. A typical day includes participating in collaborative meetings such as daily standups and sprint planning sessions, developing strategic plans and product roadmaps, conducting customer research and gathering feedback, creating documentation, and analyzing data to inform product decisions and executive reviews that drive execution on the manufacturing floor.

Essential Functions

 

  • Define and maintain product strategy and visionTrack success metrics and KPIs
  • Create and manage the product value stream
  • Provide cross-functional leadership with working knowledge across common aerospace functions
  • (Engineering, Quality, Scheduling and Material Planning, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations)
  • Make data-driven decisions to guide product direction
  • Manage program relationships with the AMF-S Operations Integrated Planning Team

 

Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
