About the Role

We're a digital health company, and we're looking for a hands-on Product Manager for our digital health platform — the connected experience across patients, their care teams, and the external partners we work with.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will be a key member of the PM team driving our digital initiatives forward, transforming customer and business needs into innovative production solutions, partnering across teams to define the right problems, deliver impactful capabilities, and continuously improve product experience. As we evolve our products, you will play a key role in transforming complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions that support current and future healthcare programs.

What You'll Do Day to Day

Own Product Strategy & Execution for Key Product Areas

  • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful customer value and measurable business impact
  • Translate customer needs, business goals, and product strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps
  • Define problems, success metrics, requirements and desired outcomes
  • Balance customer value, business impact, technical complexity and operational needs
  • Make thoughtful tradeoff decisions and communicate priorities clearly

Drive Customer Discovery & Product Insights

  • Partner with customers, users, and internal teams to deeply understand needs and workflows
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow analysis to validate opportunities
  • Convert insights into product recommendations, requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Champion customer-centered and evidence-based product decisions

Lead Cross-Functional Product Delivery

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, implementation, operations, customer success and leadership teams to deliver impactful product solutions
  • Translate product priorities into clear requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering through backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, validation and releases in an agile environment
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and decisions across stakeholders
  • Coordinate product launches to ensure teams are prepared for success product adoption
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve product capabilities

Drive Customer Onboarding & Product Readiness

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to define data needs, workflows, configurations, and operational inputs required for successful launches
  • Translate customer implementation needs into scalable product capabilities and repeatable processes
  • Identify decisions, dependencies, and risks needed to achieve success go-lives

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise platforms or workflow-heavy products
  • Experience owning product initiatives for all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery in an agile environment
  • Experience balancing customer value, business goals, technical complexity, and delivery tradeoffs
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering, UX/design, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience with clinical integrations and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR systems).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Prior experience in implementation, client onboarding, or program/project coordination.

Compensation

  • Salary band: $110,000–$135,000, commensurate with experience.
