Keylent Inc is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead a cross-functional project team focused on enhancing the state's online experience. The role involves product lifecycle management, prioritization, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective digital services.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support the Digital Product Owner in the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital experiences that make it easier to find and utilize state services.
โ€ข Assist in the creation and articulation of the product roadmap
โ€ข Key partner in establishing regular cadence of embedding user research
โ€ข Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing the requirements of service owners and business stakeholders
โ€ข Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories an acceptance test criterion
โ€ข Enable analytics-driven decision making to evolve products with appropriate reporting to understand overall performance and user satisfaction
โ€ข Coordinate communication, escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog
โ€ข Develop workplans, roadmap documents, and written reports as directed.
โ€ข Lead multi-disciplinary project teams for iterative deployment of new prototypes, software, and services
โ€ข Establish continuous improvement/continuous delivery pipeline to continually improve products post-launch with based on customer satisfaction
