JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Payer/Provider Interoperability, this candidate will be a pivotal leader driving the strategic vision and execution for how our products are experienced at the point-of-care and within administrative workflows. They will own the "what" and the "why" for critical product pillars. This candidate’s core mission will be to transform the healthcare journey by surfacing critical data to improve health outcomes and embedding frictionless data exchange to eliminate administrative burden. This is a role requiring a seasoned product expert who can define a compelling value proposition, create and manage a prioritized roadmap, gain alignment with executive stakeholders, and ultimately oversee the successful delivery of that vision for multiple capabilities simultaneously. The Senior Product Manager defines and champions the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader goal of seamless payer/provider interoperability, and develops and maintains a multi-year roadmap that prioritizes initiatives to improve health by presenting data where it's needed and reduce burden by streamlining workflows. This includes translating the strategic vision into clear execution plans and high-level requirements that guide junior resources and key cross‑functional support teams. The role requires ownership of the product backlog and prioritization, making trade‑off decisions to maximize value, and defining key performance indicators to measure impact on clinical decision‑making and administrative efficiency, as well as designing experiments to iterate and improve the user experience and landscape. They help to define and lead the launch plan, working with cross‑functional experts to ensure the products are successfully adopted by internal and external customers. The Senior Product Manager serves as a primary leadership point of contact and subject matter expert for these domains when communicating with executive leadership, internal business partners, and key external provider stakeholders, and is responsible for gaining consensus by articulating the value of the roadmap. The candidate oversees the end‑to‑end execution of the product vision and provides essential coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior product team members, fostering a culture of product excellence, customer empathy, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Understand the department’s and the company’s strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
  • Actively anticipate future needs and utilize metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
  • Represent the product in all governance meetings.
  • Clearly set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.
  • Serve as accountable owner for the sets of products/tools within the designated portfolio.
  • Identify and drive both cross‑product and cross‑customer value and shared learnings.
  • Own the product backlog and use input from internal and partner teams to frequently refresh and re‑prioritize the backlog.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on product vision and strategic road mapping.
