Position Summary... What you'll do...

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives within the Enterprise Financial Services organization—a strategic function at the intersection of retail, technology, and financial innovation.

You will own the end-to-end product strategy for enterprise-scale financial capabilities spanning co-brand card programs, third-party wallet integrations, and lending enablement, powering how our customers and members transact, manage money, and engage with financial products across our ecosystem.

This role demands a leader who can operate at platform scale, navigate regulatory complexity, and drive measurable outcomes through strategic thinking, AI fluency, and relentless execution.

About the Team

The Enterprise Financial Services team develops and manages the financial infrastructure supporting one of the world's largest retail ecosystems. Collaborating with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and Business partners, the team delivers secure, scalable, and member-focused financial products.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the roadmap for enterprise financial services, including co-brand card programs, wallet integrations, and lending.
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into phased delivery plans aligned with risk and compliance.

Platform & Partnerships

  • Build shared payment infrastructure.
  • Own wallet provider integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal).
  • Execute co-brand card programs with payment networks and issuing banks.
  • Define APIs and platform standards that accelerate downstream teams.

AI & Growth

  • Champion AI-first product development across fraud prevention, credit decisioning, and personalization.
  • Track KPIs across customer acquisition, activation, and revenue.
  • Run structured experiments to identify and scale successful initiatives.

Leadership

  • Align Engineering, Design, Finance, and Legal teams around product strategy and execution.
  • Influence executive stakeholders.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy with clarity.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in fintech, credit, lending, or financial services at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling platform-level products that serve multiple downstream consumers or markets.
  • Proven track record building platform-level products serving multiple markets, with hands-on AI tool usage—including generative AI, experimentation platforms, and copilot tooling—over the past two years.
  • Experience partnering with banking partners, card networks, or fintech vendors in a product management capacity.
  • Strong command of growth frameworks, including acquisition funnels, activation, and lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Global product experience, including exposure to multi-market product localization, is a strong plus.
