Your Role:
The Senior Product Manager - Operational Delivery will lead the strategic development and execution of operational technology solutions that enable efficient service delivery across Real Assets portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Product - Real Assets, this role serves as the critical bridge between client delivery teams and technology, driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for operations and business support systems, with a particular focus on accounting, financial reporting, and automation capabilities. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences across multi-asset strategies while defining and implementing target operating models that enable centralization and standardization through Centers of Excellence (COE).
Your Responsibilities:
  • Own all accounting and financial reporting projects supporting Real Assets, service delivery, including the evaluation and adoption of new features as relevant
  • Lead delivery of operations and business support technology for Real Assets, establishing clear prioritization frameworks based on expected impact and business value
  • Partner closely with client delivery organizations to identify key operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and service quality
  • Define and document target capabilities and requirements related to Real Assets operations delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with other product leads across Real Assets, as well as delivery product leads, to ensure consistent and seamless client experiences for multi-asset strategies
  • Drive the definition and implementation of an opinionated target operations support model for [Real Assets, enabling measurable transitions to Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Identify, design, and scope new automations and capabilities, understanding root causes of delivery challenges and developing solutions that address them effectively
  • Establish and track clear success metrics to measure product impact across quality, efficiency, and team adoption, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Your Profile:
  • 5+ years of product management experience or deep operational experience in Real Assets, with a proven track record of successfully adopting and driving new technologies to improve business outcomes
  • Familiarity in real estate and infrastructure markets and data, including understanding of asset characteristics, valuation methodologies, and industry-specific operational requirements
  • Solid understanding of AI and intelligent agents, enabling productive and strategic conversations with technical leaders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile product delivery methodologies, with the ability to operate effectively in iterative development environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with proven ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and deliver results within complex matrixed organizational structures across multiple teams and geographies
