Job description

Product Manager

Join the Team Shaping the Future of Industrial Technology!

Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to help us transform the way the world works!

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

About Document Crunch:

Document Crunch is a premier AI-powered contract intelligence platform for the construction industry. By simplifying complex construction documents, Document Crunch empowers project teams to understand their risks and manage contracts with confidence. As part of the Trimble ecosystem, this technology serves as "intelligent DNA," accelerating AI adoption to create a future of zero project disputes and increased transparency across the AECO industry.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of translating construction industry realities into winning solutions, directly influencing product strategy, market positioning, and customer success outcomes. You will connect customer business needs to our AI-driven platform and act as a thought leader internally and externally, guiding customers on how to manage risk more effectively as we move the construction industry toward a world of zero disputes and stronger relationships.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Own deep industry understanding of customer needs and workflows, converting them into market opportunity briefs and pitches that drive customer success.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS as the primary conduit for voice-of-customer signal, gathering unbiased customer business needs, vetting pain points, and feeding product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

  • Spearhead packaged solution development in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing, positioning their value and supporting internal and external education on how to employ them to improve results.

  • Drive excellence in delivery by specifying key use cases, defining what "great" looks like for each, and ensuring quality standards are met as we deliver AI solutions to address them.

  • Act as a thought leader, internally and externally, defining solutions and guiding customers on how to use them to manage risk more effectively across the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in construction operations, construction tech, implementation, or product-adjacent roles in vertical SaaS.

  • Proven track record of translating complex industry workflows into crisp requirements, messaging, and repeatable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering "visionary pragmatist" results, working with high agency in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that actually work.

  • Strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to align Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS without formal authority.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both written and verbal forms.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in construction risk management, contract compliance, or legal tech.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and evaluation frameworks.

  • Previous involvement in go-to-market launches for construction or vertical SaaS products.

Logistics:

  • Location: Atlanta, GA

  • Travel Requirement: Minimal

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

At Trimble, we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact. Our purpose-driven culture means you'll work on projects that truly matter-helping to build and deliver solutions that make work faster, safer, and more sustainable for millions of people worldwide.

  • Collaborate with like-minded people: You will work with a supportive team that fosters a genuine sense of belonging.

  • Be an owner: We thrive on an entrepreneurial spirit where success is often "self-authored," empowering proactive "doers."

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
