Job description

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the concept, definition and execution of Enovix's Drone products. You will work closely with product design, R&D, manufacturing engineering, procurement & supply chain, sales, and finance teams, and will ensure coherency and alignment between cross-functional teams. You will support products throughout their lifetime to ensure highest quality, best customer experience and grow and profit margins that are aligned with corporate targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player and a team leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development and management of Drone product lines

  • Market analysis and development of business plans for revenue expansion

  • Define and drive requirements resulting in a superior user experience for customers

  • In-depth understanding of market needs and future trends

  • Lead Go-to-Market in close collaboration with marketing, engineering and customer program management

  • Conduct competitive assessments. Be an expert and track emerging market trends and standards that will shape our market and impact our customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A BS degree in Science or Engineering

  • 5 years of relevant experience in product management

  • Track record of building and leading global products to enable successful execution

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between sales and technical teams to drive understanding and development of products that meet our customers' needs

  • Experience with new market development and analysis

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated hardware experience is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 years of product management or business development

  • MBA degree

  • Understanding of battery technologies and products

  • Experience working in a battery cell company

  • Experience working in the consumer electronics, industrial and/or military industry
