Insurance Product Management Consultant I
Help Shape the Future of Car Buying
Are you analytical, curious, and excited about making an impact? Join our Product Management team and play a key role in helping shape future car-buying experiences for customers across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or candidates looking to grow their career in product management, business analysis, or insurance.
In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization, analyze data and market trends, support product initiatives, and help drive business results. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and implementation of product initiatives and business strategies
• Coordinate projects and programs across multiple departments to ensure successful execution
• Analyze product, market, competitor, financial, and risk management data to identify insights and opportunities
• Measure results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership
• Assist with process improvements and organizational change initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product, pricing, and risk management strategies
• Monitor initiative performance and help ensure successful implementation and execution
• Create presentations and reports that help communicate business results and recommendations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in working with data and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and act on information and business insights
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Management experience or exposure
• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
• Background in the automotive industry
• Sales experience or customer-facing business experience

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 62,100.00 - 103,950.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
