As a Product Manager at Corva, you'll lead a product team focused on delivering high-impact solutions across the oil and gas domain. What you'll do
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and technical specification to development, release, and iteration.
  • Technical Roadmap Development: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define detailed product roadmaps, balancing innovative features with technical feasibility and business priorities.
  • Data-Driven Product Decisions: Analyze product performance using real-time data insights and platform analytics to drive product refinements and feature optimizations.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct detailed customer research and interviews, translating industry needs into technically detailed requirements, user stories, and product features.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Work with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams to clearly communicate new product concepts to engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, data science, and business teams, ensuring product requirements are fully understood and executed effectively.
  • Feature Prioritization: Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring high-impact features and technical upgrades are prioritized and delivered on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, including status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Technical Feasibility Assessments: Work closely with software engineers to assess technical constraints and explore solutions that align with both customer needs and platform capabilities.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in upstream oil & gas technology, data analytics, and real-time systems, using these insights to shape product development.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Software Development: Experience developing, releasing, iterating and utilizing software.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, real-time data systems, and cloud-based platform technologies.
  • Proven Experience in Product Management: 2+ years of product management experience in a technical field, with a focus on data analytics, enterprise software, or real-time platforms.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex technical problems and create actionable product solutions using data-driven insights.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Proficiency with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to create user flows, product wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Both Fluent in English and Spanish.
