To succeed, you should have these qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, marketing preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Solid experience with organizational, prioritization and time-management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with design, engineering, and technical contributors required. Experience using project management or product management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook required. Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.

Your responsibilities as the Product Manager will include:
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle by translating strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and documented requirements from concept through end-of-life.
  • New Product Development & Launch: Lead cross-functional product development and launch efforts from evaluation and feasibility through successful market release.
  • Iteration & Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing product enhancements by leveraging customer and operational feedback to improve performance, usability, quality, and cost.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution: Coordinate product initiatives across teams, proactively resolving risks and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Testing, Validation & Quality Oversight: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure products meet quality, performance, and launch readiness standards.
  • Marketing Execution: Translate marketing strategy into product deliverables and ensure all launch materials, specifications, and requirements are completed accurately and on time.
