  • Partner cross-functionally (legal, compliance, risk, technology, sales, and marketing) to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely product messaging aligned with firm standards
  • Support regulatory and governance requirements, including fund board materials, prospectus/SAI reviews, and related reporting deliverables
  • Serve as a key partner to marketing and RFP teams by managing product data integrity, consultant databases, and RFP/DDQ content and positioning
  • Ensure quality control across websites and internal platforms, maintaining current, accurate, and compliant product content
  • Drive product change management by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across collateral systems and client communications
  • Partner closely with CPMs and investment teams to build deep expertise, align on strategy positioning, and support marketing materials, client communications, and sales enablement
  • Lead as a player/coach by supporting key strategies directly while managing and mentoring product team members, delegating workflows, and upholding quality and performance standards

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience leading and developing others in a player/coach capacity
  • Advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, and related tools; familiarity with AI tools preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data and content management, research, writing, and marketing support
  • Passion for capital markets and the investment management industry
