Invesco Fundamental Equities (IFE) manages $281billion in assets as of March31,2026. The platform is organized to meet the diverse needs of our global client base with 110+ investment professionals managing a deep and broad product line of 70 equity strategies, across 7 global locations and supporting clients across 25 countries. Our clients are a mix of retail investors and institutions. Product Management owns the core sales and marketing collateral for our investment platforms and is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely content and reporting, along with managing various product initiatives to support business development across retail, institutional and retirement channels. The Product Management team acts as a liaison between the client portfolio managers (CPMs) & investment teams with other cross‑functional business areas on product‑specific matters, ensuring alignment of the investment team needs with commercial priorities across the business.

The Senior Product Manager will maintain critical connectivity with CPMs and investment teams, enabling alignment on product positioning, messaging, internal sales needs, portfolio data, and other potential issues to ensure strategic priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Product & Investment Expertise
    • Own the month‑and quarter‑end product collateral update process, including production and maintenance of quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, risk and performance attribution data reporting, and portfolio team information.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders within Invesco to ensure clear, compliant product messaging, with timely review, approval and delivery of content for client and prospects aligned with firm standards.
    • Support regulatory and governance deliverables, including preparation of fund board materials, prospectus/SAI review support, and contributions to other reporting.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for marketing and RFP teams, maintaining accurate product data, managing consultant databases, and supporting standard RFP/DDQ content and positioning.
    • Maintain quality control for product‑related websites and internally posted content to ensure information remains current, accurate, and aligned with approved messaging and disclosures.
    • Support product change management by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across collateral systems, and client‑facing communications.
  • Business & Distribution/Marketing Support
    • Partner closely with the CPMs and investment teams to help drive collaboration across product, investments, distribution, marketing, and other cross‑functional stakeholders.
    • Actively engage with the CPMs/investment teams to maintain deep subject‑matter expertise about our strategies, portfolios, and investment results.
    • Provide key support in creating and reviewing marketing materials.
    • Support CPMs in regular communications, analysis and insights to our sales team for use with clients; respond to ad hoc internal and external sales team and client requests.
    • Monitor industry and product trends: compile, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
    • Conduct competitive and peer analysis using Morningstar, eVestment, and related resources to help support CPMs with product positioning and go‑to‑market workflow.
  • Player/Coach Role
    • The Senior Product Manager in this role will be responsible for hands‑on support of specific strategies within the product line as described above, as well as coordinating the coverage of other team members.
    • This person will manage other product and associate product managers and be responsible for coaching/mentoring team members, as well as delegating workflow, and managing standards for quality control and performance goals.
Skills / Personal Attributes Required
  • 5–7 years of related experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
