About the Position

The Product Support Coordinator owns the accurate, timely execution of the support functions that draw on product knowledge.


This is a scheduling and coordination role that requires organization, attention to detail, and comfort working with experienced field personnel.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

Distributor Pricing Agreement (SPA) Administration

  • Maintain and update distributor pricing agreement records and contracted pricing databases.
  • Process, validate, and reconcile pricing claims, rebates, and chargebacks.
  • Monitor agreement expiration dates and coordinate renewal notifications with sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all active pricing agreements.
  • Ensure contracted pricing terms are applied accurately to customer transactions.


Product Label Management

  • Manage product label revisions and ensure accuracy across all product offerings.
  • Coordinate customer-specific and private-label requirements.
  • Support label updates resulting from formulation changes, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Ensure labels remain synchronized with technical and safety documentation.
  • Maintain version control and documentation of labeling changes.


Product Crossover Support

  • Develop and maintain product crossover databases that map competitor and legacy products to current product offerings.
  • Respond to product crossover inquiries from customers and sales representatives.
  • Research and document product equivalents and alternatives.
  • Collaborate with product management on technical product support needs.
  • Serve as a first-line resource for routine product information requests.


Product Knowledge Development

  • Learn product applications, features, and use cases through ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Contribute to internal product knowledge resources and documentation.
  • Support the continuous improvement of product information systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with product management to enhance customer and internal product support capabilities.
