Job Summary:
TestEquity LLC is focused on providing Electronic Production Supplies and is seeking a Product Manager to enhance their portfolio with existing and new suppliers. The role involves analyzing product performance, engaging with vendors, and making strategic decisions to improve stock offerings and meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Review current supplier offering for opportunities to improve our stock offering for customer needs.
• Engage with suppliers on NPI’s from vendors.
• Review current pricing as compared to vendors to ensure products are competitively marketed.
• Meet monthly quotas for new product additions.
• Lead Vendor QBR’s.
• Directly and Indirectly responsible for product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Ability to learn product offering and how it relates to customers and ultimately growth.
• Analyze competitors’ product position to understand opportunities for expansion.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Strong Excel skills that allow analyzing large data sets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Power Point).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues as needed.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Communication and team working skills.
• Exceptional follow-through and initiative.
