Position Summary: The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the strategic vision for new and existing digital product capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project management professionals to identify customer needs, prioritize product initiatives, and deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business value and enhance the customer experience. The Senior Digital Product Manager leverages market insights, customer feedback, and data-driven decision making to optimize product performance, improve user engagement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, this position leads cross-functional collaboration to create customer-focused content, manage product roadmaps, and support the successful delivery of digital products throughout their lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. Serve as the voice of the customer and key stakeholders, translating business requirements into product features and capabilities in partnership with technology teams. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and technology trend analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and best-in-class digital experiences. Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously across various stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and business knowledge to measure product performance, monitor KPIs, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. Analyze user experiences, product enhancements, and testing results to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic product improvements. Lead product integration efforts from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions meet business, reporting, operational, and scalability requirements. Develop business cases, product-focused proposals, and stakeholder communications while fostering strategic partnerships and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on organizational needs.

Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience driving digital transformation initiatives, enabling and optimizing digital business processes, developing and executing strategic product roadmaps, and operating within a project-based environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience. Working knowledge of AI tools and platforms OEM Sales & Marketing experience Microsoft Office proficiencies: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Polished communication and presentation skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical information, develop business documentation, and effectively present to stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, including experience translating data into actionable insights and leveraging KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and value. Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to evaluate complex issues, exercise sound judgment, and develop practical business solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital product management, collaboration, and project management tools. Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product design, development, implementation, enhancement, and optimization using product management best practices. Ability to develop, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, epics, and features while conducting market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking activities. Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and driving results through effective teamwork. Overtime required required on an as needed basis. Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI.
