Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other formal research activities to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate research findings into product recommendations, design hypotheses, user stories, and actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts.
  • Develop and refine intuitive user interfaces for digital applications and products.
  • Apply usability principles, mental models, and user-centered design practices to product strategy and execution.
  • Use rapid prototyping and visualization techniques to explore and validate potential solutions.
  • Contribute to information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and overall product experience.
  • Apply strong visual design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout, and iconography.
  • Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Document research findings, design decisions, processes, and product recommendations.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, business requirements, and technical considerations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, User Experience, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Experience translating user needs and research findings into actionable product and design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and application/interface designs.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and iconography.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers/developers, end users, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and iterative product development environments.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or comparable design tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience supporting digital products within large-scale digital product environments, enterprise, or consumer-facing organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development and working with product backlogs and user stories.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative product or user data.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and data analysis techniques.
