Key Responsibilitiesย

  • Support the Product team in researching and evaluating new product opportunities and business initiatives.ย

  • Help translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and recommendations.ย
  • Assistย with product presentations, business cases,ย reportsย and other product documentation.ย
  • Work with Product Managers and cross-functional Business and Technology teams to support product initiatives from discovery through delivery.ย

  • Contribute ideas to improve our products,ย processesย and overall customer experience.ย

Requirementsย

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers,ย dataย and basic statistics.ย

  • Ability toย analyseย information and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.ย
  • Excellent written,ย verbalย and presentation skills.ย
  • Curious,ย proactiveย and comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions.ย

Whatย We'reย Looking Forย

We are looking for high-potential candidates rather than extensive Product experience, someone commercially minded, analytical,ย curiousย and comfortable with data, with the ambition to develop into a product-focused career.ย

Location: Chicago, Illinois - On-siteย

This position is based in our Chicago office and requires regular in-office attendance.ย
