EXCAVATOR PRODUCT ENGINEER (Bilingual Mandarin)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the America's team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Excavator Product Engineer. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Excavator Product Engineer. This role will support the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of excavator products.
This is an onsite position in Peachtree City, GA. Qualified candidates will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service teams to support new product development, product testing, competitive benchmarking, and technical documentation.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and improvement of excavator products.
  • Conduct product testing, validation, and performance evaluations.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and market research.
  • Assist in developing product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Analyze field feedback and recommend product improvements.
  • Support new product launches and cross-functional engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with global R&D, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field required.
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • No prior work experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, or heavy equipment is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Chinese and English) REQUIRED.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
