  • Translate engineering outputs-aircraft performance, energy consumption, operating economics, infrastructure needs, and certification assumptions-into clear, customer-ready materials.
  • Participate in customer meetings by supporting technical discussions and market analysis activities, helping address performance, operational, and regulatory questions.
  • Support customer diligence, demonstrations, and early deployment planning with data-driven analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve customer-facing analytical tools, models, and presentations to enable repeatable and scalable sales execution.
Assist in preparation of technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.

Market Analysis & Product Strategy Support:

  • Synthesize market insights, sales engineering findings, and competitive benchmarking to support product positioning, differentiation, and roadmap development.
  • Support development and communication of market-driven product requirements and priorities to Program Management and Product Development teams.
  • Contribute to pricing, value proposition, and total cost of ownership analyses.
  • Develop market assessments and competitive analyses to help identify commercial opportunities and quantify market size.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales to prioritize opportunities and align technical and analytical support with commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency of customer-facing information.
  •  Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams to support go-to-market narratives and product messaging.
  • Help standardize analysis methods, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency across commercial activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of aviation industry experience in sales engineering, technical sales support, flight operations engineering, product strategy, product marketing, or similar roles in aerospace or aviation.
  • Understanding of aircraft performance, operating economics, and aviation operations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, customer-facing insights.
  • Experience developing analytical tools and models (advanced Excel required; Python or Matlab a plus), and presentations (advanced PowerPoint required).
  • Familiarity with, and interest in, using AI-enabled tools to develop commercial materials, analyses, and sales support content.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer and business needs.

Above and Beyond Qualifications:

  • Experience with electric or hybrid-electric aircraft, aviation infrastructure, or advanced air mobility.
  • Familiarity with FAA operational and certification frameworks (e.g., Parts 23, 25, 91,135, and 121).
  • Pilot, A&P maintainer, or other aviation certifications.
