Production Designer - L5, Hudson Yards/Bethlehem

Position Summary

We are looking for a Production Designer to join our in-house creative agency. In this role, you will be a key production resource supporting the Group business across a wide range of deliverables including sales enablement materials and flyers, updating PowerPoint presentation, and resizing digital assets across email, social and web. You bring a strong eye for design, are extremely detail oriented, and take pride in clean, on-brand execution, even when the work is production focused. This is a great opportunity for a designer who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with some independence while following established brand standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce sales enablement materials, internal flyers, and marketing collateral.
  • Resize and adapt existing creative assets across formats and channels, including social, email, and digital banners.
  • Incorporate edits and feedback accurately and efficiently
  • Source and select stock imagery from Getty Images to use in materials, applying strong visual judgment to ensure imagery feels appropriate for our brand, business and audience.
  • Support light design requests independently when needed, having a design eye for layout and visual hierarchy.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables by following brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years experience in production design, graphic design, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, including the ability to create and format polished presentations
  • Experience producing assets across multiple channels, including print, social media, email, and digital advertising

  • This role is hybrid out of one of our hub locations with 3 days a week in office. Holmdel NJ, Hudson Yards NY, Bethlehem PA

Salary Range:

$70,930.00 - $106,390.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
