Job description

Job Summary:
IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE staffing firms in the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Consultant for Product Design & Development, focusing on designing and deploying agentic AI systems while partnering with brand and functional teams to enhance AI-native operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and Deploy Agentic AI Systems
โ€ข Architect multi-step, tool-using agent workflows across WSIโ€™s AI platform ecosystem (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Salesforce Agentforce)
โ€ข Design orchestration layers, tool/MCP integrations, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for agentic commerce and operational workflows
โ€ข Evaluate when agentic approaches are warranted versus simpler prompt-based or rule-based solutionsโ€”and hold that line
โ€ข Establish reliability, evaluation, and failure-handling standards for production agentic systems
โ€ข Redesign Workflows for AI-Native Operation
โ€ข Partner with brand and functional teams to map current-state workflows and identify meaningful AI transformation opportunities
โ€ข Apply structured decision-making to determine the right solution: agentic AI, prompt-based automation, traditional RPA, or process redesign
โ€ข Co-design workflows that are scalable, auditable, and owned by the businessโ€”not dependent on the AI Strategy team to operate
โ€ข Apply Cross-Platform AI Expertise
โ€ข Operate fluently across WSIโ€™s deployed AI platforms: ChatGPT Enterprise (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Salesforce Agentforce
โ€ข Evaluate platform strengths and limitations per use caseโ€”reasoning depth, context handling, tool use, latency, cost, and governance constraints
โ€ข Contribute to platform vendor relationships as a practitioner peer, not just a buyer: push back, co-develop, and represent enterprise requirements
โ€ข Stay current on MCP (Model Context Protocol), emerging agent frameworks, and evolving platform capabilities
โ€ข Enable Teams to Own Their AI Capabilities
โ€ข Co-build solutions with business stakeholders; never build in isolation
โ€ข Develop playbooks, templates, and repeatable patterns teams can evolve independently
โ€ข Establish clear ownership and transition models; avoid creating dependency by design
โ€ข Measure success by adoption, independence, and sustained operationโ€”not by throughput of solutions delivered
โ€ข Build Selectively and Ship to Production
โ€ข Develop lightweight automations, agent workflows, and prompt systems where required to unblock progress
โ€ข Ensure every solution has a defined path to production, clear ownership, monitoring, and maintenance
โ€ข Balance accuracy, cost, latency, reliability, and auditability in every design decision
โ€ข Drive Scalable AI Adoption and Governance
โ€ข Define and evolve enterprise AI tooling standards, access controls, and data governance practices
โ€ข Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance on AI governance frameworks and risk management
โ€ข Support clientโ€™s enterprise AI skills program: lead workshops, develop training, and build AI fluency across functional teams
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Product Management
โ€ข 7+ years of experience
Preferred:
โ€ข B2B Experience
