Production Controller
Location: Winter Park, FL
Pay Range:$28–$32/hour DOE

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing workflows to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage production schedules based on orders and capacity.
  • Monitor raw materials, WIP, inventory, and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and production teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to prevent delays.
  • Track production metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and report results to management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
