  • We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Assistants to support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences.

Schedule & Staffing Needs
*Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday.
  • Sunday, September 13 (Load-In)
  • Monday, September 14
  • Tuesday, September 15th

Candidates may apply for one or multiple days based on availability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Usher guests to and from event spaces
  • Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions
  • Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup
  • Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments
  • Assist with load-in and load-out as needed
  • Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6-8 hours
