As a Data & Analytics Manager within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based In Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, Auburn, IN or remotely.
The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading and advancing the Tempus organization's centralized data, analytics, and reporting capabilities. This role serves as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, strategic planning, organizational prioritization, operational excellence, and business performance management. The position was established as part of the organization's effort to centralize data and analytics capabilities, create consistent reporting standards, and enable a more data-driven operating model across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff Office, the Data & Analytics Manager will lead a team responsible for enterprise reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, and strategic analytics. This leader will partner closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, Client Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other business functions to develop reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, analytical models, and actionable insights that improve visibility into organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. They will help establish enterprise-wide standards for reporting and measurement, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, improve data accessibility and quality, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. This role requires the ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready recommendations and influence outcomes through thoughtful analysis, strategic insights, and strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.
