Job description

Job Summary:
OTR Solutions is an innovator in the transportation industry providing a suite of factoring, fuel, and business management solutions. They are seeking a Product Analytics Analyst to support measuring, understanding, and improving product performance across their platform by defining product metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing user behavior.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Define and maintain core product KPIs including user adoption, feature usage, retention, time-to-value, and funnel completion metrics
โ€ข Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into product performance for Product and Leadership teams
โ€ข Conduct ad hoc analyses on user behavior to support roadmap planning, feature launches, and post-release impact evaluation
โ€ข Map key user journeys and identify drop-off points, friction areas, and underutilized features
โ€ข Segment users by behavior, lifecycle stage, role, and account type to surface meaningful patterns and insights
โ€ข Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts through analysis and reporting
โ€ข Serve as a key user of Pendo, supporting configuration, tagging, and ongoing maintenance
โ€ข Support Google Analytics reporting and contribute to a unified view of product usage across web properties
โ€ข Assist in evaluating and implementing new analytics tools and integrations as the product evolves
โ€ข Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver insights and reporting support
โ€ข Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
โ€ข Support tracking strategy across analytics tools, including event definitions, naming conventions, and data quality checks
โ€ข Help audit and improve instrumentation to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable product data
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role
โ€ข Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo and Google Analytics
โ€ข Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
โ€ข Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, and basic experimentation concepts
โ€ข Experience analyzing user behavior and product usage data
โ€ข Ability to translate product questions into structured analysis and insights
โ€ข Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
โ€ข Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with user flow mapping or process mapping is a plus
โ€ข Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environments is a plus
