Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Business analytics and insights
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting on bookings, renewal trends, Forever versus Foundation mix, win rates, churn patterns, pricing, discounting, and install-base performance.
  • Analyze business performance across regions,  subscription tiers, platforms, and customer segments to identify growth drivers, leakage points, and portfolio risks.
  • Produce executive-ready insights that connect operational and commercial signals to concrete recommendations for subscription business.
  • AI, modeling, and recommendations
  • Develop analytical models and AI-driven approaches to improve lifecycle visibility, upgrade targeting, install-base segmentation, churn risk detection, and subscription growth opportunities.
  • Support recommendation frameworks that combine subscription rules, asset context, and business signals to drive smarter renewal, upgrade, and modernization decisions.
  • Partner with product and business teams to define where AI can reduce manual analysis, improve forecasting, and operationalize lifecycle actions at scale.
  • Data products and operational enablement
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics for stakeholders across product, subscriptions, sales, finance, CX, and operations.
  • Work with data teams to improve data quality, metric definitions, and access to curated subscription and telemetry datasets that support scalable reporting and decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into structured metrics, KPI definitions, and data logic that can be embedded into dashboards, workflow tooling, and operational reviews.
  • Cross-functional partnership
  • Collaborate with product management, sales programs, analytics, and operations teams to align insights with subscription strategy and lifecycle program priorities.
  • Support business reviews, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives by surfacing trends in renewals, program adoption, lifecycle readiness, and operational friction.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy and operations, data analysis, or a related role supporting cross-functional business execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets, SQL, reporting, KPI design, and insight generation.
  • Experience managing structured analyses across multiple stakeholders, systems, and data sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail, especially in metric definition, data interpretation, and business logic validation.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-evolving business environment where processes, programs, and data models continue to mature.
  • Experience with AI or machine learning use cases in analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, or operational decision support.
  • Experience with subscription, renewal, pricing, or lifecycle businesses.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, operations, supply chain, finance, analytics, computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and with SQL-based data environments.
  • Exposure to product analytics, portfolio analytics, or digital platform insights in a B2B technology business
