$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Depending On Experience + Bonus Incentives

Product UX/UI Designer

Join a powerhouse performance marketing team and let your skills shine as a Product UX/UI Designer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-quality digital experiences, landing pages, marketing funnels, and understands the phycology behind driving engagement and conversion. You’ll play a key role in contributing to our internal products and brand facing products reaching millions of users a day.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging web, mobile, and product user experiences
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI systems for websites, marketing funnels, applications, and digital campaigns
  • Use tools such as Figma, Miro, and other UX/UI design platforms to design, prototype, and collaborate with internal teams
  • Implement responsive and accessible design best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Optimize websites and funnels for conversion, usability, and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve layout, UX, or functionality issues
  • Stay current with modern design trends, tools, and AI-driven design workflows
Qualifications / Skills
  • Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Miro, and other modern UI/UX design and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and interface design
  • Experience designing mobile-first and responsive interfaces
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and color balance
  • Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages, marketing funnels, and performance marketing creative is highly preferred
  • Experience designing high-conversion digital products, landing pages, and user flows for performance marketing or lead generation environments is strongly preferred
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences
  • Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, and product teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows is a plus
  • Portfolio required showing examples of UX flows, landing pages, and digital product interfaces
