ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Director, Product Analytics, you'll serve as a data-driven decision enabler for our Product leadership team. ABOUT YOU
You are proficient in SQL and Python with demonstrated experience delivering products or prototypes end-to-end (from conception, to design, to specification, to code, to test, to measurement, to presentation). You possess an in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies, data science and analytical tools: you know what's possible, in which direction to steer, and how to move fast with solutions, adjustments, and recommendations.
You connect the dots and understand system inter-dependencies and limitations to build efficient solutions

You work fast, deliver reliably against your commitments, and have a strong handle on processes that enable your success. You have a business acumen that helps you speak fluently in your business partners' language, helping them achieve or surpass their goals.

You can break down complexity and find innovative solutions to cross-functional problems. You are a team player who is excited to collaborate with other analysts and scientists in our broader organization.
As a Director, Product Analytics, you will...
- Define and execute measurement and optimization approaches for Audible's product organization, identifying relevant data sources and leveraging best practice analytical methodologies, including creating and instrumenting the right KPI framework(s)
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to define success metrics and measurement frameworks
- Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives that directly influence product roadmap and business strategy
- Serve as strategic thought partner to stakeholders in the Product organization, earning trust through insightful analysis and clear communication
- Consistently deliver accurate and insightful analysis, driving high-quality decision making within our business
- Collaborate effectively with other members of our organization, including other analysts, scientists, and economists
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to enable on-demand insights for the business
- Write compelling documents and deliver crisp presentations, translating complex problems into simplified, relevant outputs that can be quickly understood and actioned by both technical and non-technical audiences
