Job Summary

This job ensures accurate revenue tracking and affiliate data management through comprehensive analysis and reporting. It streamlines sales support processes and serves as a consultative resource. The role independently addresses complex issues within established protocols.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research on unreported/unpaid accounts to secure revenue collection with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining the integrity of affiliate data through meticulous updates and validation processes
  • Executing comprehensive credit control measures, including the creation of reminder communications and direct client negotiations to resolve financial discrepancies
  • Collaborating with the Product Sales team to review client ledger balances and initiate appropriate financial actions
  • Coordinating the collection and analysis of sales data, producing both standard and specialized reports upon request
  • Identifying opportunities for sales process enhancements and contributing to the implementation of strategic solutions
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of sales support activities with broader sales objectives
  • Providing expertise and guidance to less experienced colleagues, acting as a key resource in the sales support and analysis field
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
