TheProducer in this role will develop show concepts,initiating, coordinating, supervising production, whileraising funding to support the production. The Producer willcommissionwriter's to support project goals, while simultaneously guiding the following efforts:

Work with the Writer's Room or commission new writer's to join the Writer's Room for specific projects.

Track budgets and follow the creative development of the project from start to completion.

Make decisionsand evaluate the film and/or series overallproduction quality

Able to meet deadlines and is able to quickly shift-focus according to production changes.

DESCRIPTIONRESPONSIBILITIES

The Producer must be able to:

Create, plan, implementand development original content onLSS Universals streaming platform .

Have developed relationships with networks to pitch LSS Universal shows and pilots

Be accountable for tracking assigned tasks related to project development, including responsibilities such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and directors, managing backlog reports, preparing project related requirements.

Assistthe Executive Producer(s) when required

Pick scripts and introduce new concepts and ideas

Supervise other producers and ensure they, and the production, work within union regulations

Assist with the hiring of talent and other crew

Supervise the post-production process

Maintain the budget and approve schedules

Secure right to books or other works

Bachelor's Degree in TV/Film or related field
