Job description

Warehouse Production Coordinator
Location: Forest Park, GA
Compensation: $23.00 Per Hr
Schedule: 6 days per week

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and experienced professional to join our produce distribution operation in Forest Park, GA. This position is responsible for front-office administration while also assisting with inventory, warehouse, and dock operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable managing both administrative responsibilities and hands-on operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with orders and general inquiries
  • Receive and process customer payments
  • Enter, process, and manage orders accurately
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control
  • Provide front-office and administrative support
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding orders and inventory
  • Assist with daily warehouse operations as needed
  • Help manage and organize loading dock activities
  • Assist with receiving, staging, and movement of product
  • Operate a pallet jack when required
  • Maintain accurate and organized paperwork and records
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and management
  • Perform additional duties related to daily operations as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous office administration, customer service, or operations experience
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Produce industry experience is a plus
  • Previous pallet jack experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to accurately handle orders, payments, and inventory information
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 3:45 AM – 1:00 PM
One weekend day: 3:45 AM – 10:00 AM
This is a 6-day-per-week position. Early morning availability is required.

Compensation
$23.00 Per Hr
