Associate Category Manager – Procurement (Hybrid)
Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)
$28.00/hour
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Associate Category Manager to support strategic procurement initiatives and supplier management activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional looking to grow their sourcing, supplier relationship management, and supply chain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of direct materials and procurement projects.
  • Support sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier approvals.
  • Conduct market research, spend analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist with procurement strategies focused on cost optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery metrics, and supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • Support forecasting activities and raw material budgeting.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs including lead times, on-time delivery, and supplier performance.
